About Us 

Kim Musser, CEO

Kim is the proud co-owner of Elevate Community Management, bringing over 12 years of experience in the property management industry. Throughout her career, Kim has gained invaluable knowledge from various mentors, whose guidance has shaped her ability to build strong relationships with industry peers.

These experiences have led to significant achievements, including earning the CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS® (Association Management Specialist) certifications, publishing an article in the DFW CAI chapter magazine, and realizing her vision of creating Elevate Community Management.

Kim’s dream for Elevate Community Management is to foster a positive and cohesive workplace that empowers team members to better serve homeowner associations, volunteers, and vendors.

Shannon Baldwin, Chief Operating Officer

Shannon brings over 25 years of Property Management experience and knowledge, spanning from Multi-Family to Single-Family homes to Homeowners Associations, Condos, Townhomes, and Apartments.  She holds the prestigious CMCA®, CAPS® and SHCM® credentials.

Her strong sense of organization and attention to detail, combined with her extensive industry knowledge, allow her to lead our team and various departments with a hands-on approach towards success.

Shannon has a proven track record of correcting distressed properties and has played a key role in the successful acquisition and disposition of numerous assets.

When she’s not enhancing the operational excellence of our company through innovation and efficiency, Shannon enjoys industry networking, watching Crime TV dramas (Especially Law & Order), cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, and spending time with her two rambunctious cats Luke and Chance.


Dwayne Musser, Chief Financial Officer

Dwayne began his journey by joining the United States Marine Corps at a young age. After completing his service, he transitioned into the hydraulic wholesale industry, where he held multiple leadership roles over the next 20+ years. He later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Dwayne’s “lead by example” leadership style was cultivated during his time with the Marine Corps Special Forces unit and further refined in his role as Director of Procurement and Logistics for a nationwide distribution network. His experience in managing diverse virtual teams in a rapidly evolving international environment has been a key asset throughout his career.

In his personal life, Dwayne’s interests are as varied as his professional background. He enjoys video game design, gardening, and amateur beekeeping. His other hobbies include outdoor sports and spending quality time with his family.
