For our Developer Clients, we understand that getting the ball rolling on these new Development Projects can be a little challenging sometimes. 

There is so much “behind the scenes” work to do and never enough time to do it. That’s where we can help! 

Partnering with us could provide the support you may need during the beginning stages by delivering these services:

Our Operations Team can take the lead on things like filing for an EIN, reviewing and consulting on the HOA’s Formation Documents, Articles of Incorporation, CCR’s, Bylaws and any other governing documents.

We can help ensure these documents align with your needs as the Developer, as well as comply with any State/ Federal legislation with regards to HOA compliance We would also ensure that any current state mandated policies are present and filed (These are ever changing)

We can assist with creating or reviewing Operational Budgets to ensure the initial asking/ closing fees for new home sales are adequate to fund the community’s reserve (if applicable).  We would also ensure that the dues are set to adequately cover future expenses and/ or identify if there will be shortfalls where subsidies might need to be planned for.

Our Management Team is available to set up new or review existing vendor contracts and relationships to make sure the needs and expectations of the community are met.  We are also available to attend any landscape turnover walks, or other vendor meetings as needed. 

We can assist with setting up electric, water, utility accounts once meters are set, and identify and monitor the timing and needs of irrigation with the landscape vendors so that the community is always looking its best for potential buyers.
